No call no shows will result in a cancellation charge equal to the price of the service, which must be paid before your next service can be rebooked.

If you are late, after 20 minutes I will consider your appointment a no show. The appointment will be rescheduled and result in a cancellation charge. I understand thins and life happen, so if you are going to be late or need to make another arrangement, please let me know ASAP!

If you feel sick, even in the SLIGHTEST, please let me know so we can reschedule. For lash fill clients, I will add an extra half hour to your appointment at no charge. I know how hard being sick is on your eyes, and that isn’t in anyone’s control!

I will be as flexible as possible, especially around sick season and holidays, but this is my job! I want to continue to give my best to you, always.
