• Avoid blood thinners 24 hours prior to appointment (this includes alcohol)

• Discontinue use of retinols and chemical exfoliants 2 weeks prior to appointment

• Discontinue use of hair growth serums 4 weeks prior to appointment

• Must be at least 2 weeks post any professional exfoliation treatments

• No Botox For 2 weeks prior to appointment

• Cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding

• Cannot be on Accutane

• Lash extensions must be removed prior to Lash Liner/Eyeliner appointments

• If you are getting Lip Blush and have ever experienced a cold sore, you must take antiviral medication 3 days before and after appointment

• Blot the area every hour for the first 24 hours

• For one week, gently cleanse the area morning and night with a damp cotton pad, then pat dry

• Apply the provided balm 2-3 times per day for the first 10 days

• No submerging the area in water and no steamy showers for 7-10 days

• No prolonged sun exposure for 2 weeks, and SPF is recommended after that point

• Avoid sweating and intense activity for up to 7-10 days weeks

• No makeup on the area for 7-10 days minimum

• No picking or scratching

DEPOSITS:

A deposit will be taken at the time of booking an applied towards your service. As an appointment based business, this will reserve your time slot.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS:

A 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations. If cancelled outside of 24 hours, your deposit will be refunded. If 24 hours is not given or you No-Show, your deposit is non-nonrefundable and non-transferable.

RESCHEDULING:

When you reschedule with more than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit is transferable at your service provider’s discretion.

CHILDREN & PETS:

As a Body Arts Facility, children and/or pets are not permitted inside with the exception of service animals.
